Delivery time may vary according to Canada Post; we do not control delivery of the package after it leaves the winery.
Sanduz Estate Wines is not responsible for delays in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Inter-Provincial Shipping

At this time, we are permitted to ship wine only within British Columbia, and to Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.

Canada Post Shipping Details

Sanduz Estate Wines fulfills online and Wine Club orders through Canada Post. Please provide your email address with your order so that we can email you information regarding your shipping and tracking details. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (19 years of age or older) and cannot be left on a doorstep, porch or other enclosure. Please be sure to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Postal codes must be entered alpha numerically.

Wine delivery should be attempted at your door, although it is possible (especially in inclement weather) that a claim ticket is left in your community mailbox and not on your actual door. We encourage you to have packages directed to a business address for prompt delivery.
Sanduz Estate Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected, re-routed or re-shipped wines.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from the winery, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number to enable you to track your package at www.canadapost.ca

Returned To Sender Packages

If you were not home at the time of delivery, or if there was no one over the age of 19 available to sign for the package, Canada Post will leave a door tag redirecting you to the nearest postal facility where you can pick up your shipment. The postal facility can also be located by imputing your tracking number into the Canada Post website. Your package will be held at the postal facility for 10 business days after the initial delivery attempt.

If the package has not been picked up within 10 business days, it will be returned to Sanduz Estate Wines and you will be contacted. You will have the option to have the package reshipped to you at our regular shipping rates (outlined above) or made available for pickup at one of our wineries. Sanduz Estate Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges associated with return-to-sender packages.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order after it has been sent to our fulfillment center, a 25% restocking fee will be applied before a refund is issued. Please send an email to info@sanduzwines.com if you need to cancel your order. Once the wine has been received at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping, handling, and the 25% restocking fee.

Return Not Applicable

We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. Please be sure to check shipping destination weather conditions before placing your order.
